We offer a range of Half Day or Full Day Golf Clinics which can either be Individual or Group Clinics. These clinics are all Private and can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. Perhaps you want to learn the skills of Links Golf or want to perfect your putting stroke. Maybe you are a beginner and want to learn the basics of our great sport. All golf clinics will l take place at a PGA affiliated Golf Clinic and under the direct supervision of a PGA Professional.
“Play with the Pro”
We can offer your group the opportunity to play 9 or 18 holes with a real Golf Professional on all our Ireland Golf Packages! The professional will share with your group some “inner secrets” of the game and will identify areas of your game which need to be improved and provide some quick fix tips.
This is a unique addition to your incredible Irish Golf Vacation.
You will even have a chance to “Challenge the Pro” in a “Long Drive” and “Closest to the Pin Competition.” If you win this, your groups first drink in the Clubhouse are on us!!
Prepare for your “Golf Licence Test”
If you are a beginner and have not yet qualified for your “Golf Licence” in your home country, this option will allow you to receive private mentoring from a PGA Professional during your Golf Vacation to Ireland. This will prepare you to take your “Golf Permit” test when you return home (European clients).
“Fairways and FunDays Photobook”
A Fairways and FunDays tour will be the Golf Vacation of a lifetime. There will be so many magical memories created on this Irish Holiday that you will you like to capture. We can arrange for a team member to visit your group during some of your games and take individual and group photographs of you in action as you play some of Ireland’s Best Golf Courses. A team member will also meet with your group during some of your groups social evenings to take some photographs of your group. Our team will then (in conjunction with your group co-ordinator) compile a high quality hardback Photobook of your Fairways and FunDays Irish Golf Vacation. A copy of this book will be delivered to each member of your group, and will provide a lifelong memory of your Ultimate Golf & Ireland Experience.
Discounted Golf Club Hire
If you find that bringing your golf clubs on airlines is all too stressful, we can arrange for high quality golf clubs (brand specifically selected by you) to be waiting for you at the first course that you will play on Golf Vacation to Ireland. You will then use these clubs during your Irish Golf Holiday and leave these clubs at the last course you play on your tour. We have organised exclusive discounted rates for Fairways and FunDays clients with Ireland’s premier Golf Club Hire company.
On Course Refreshments
In addition to the “Snack Packs” which are as standard in all our Ireland Golf Packages, Fairways and FunDays can arrange to have more substantial snacks waiting for each member of your group after the 9th Hole. Keep your energy levels high as you challenge Ireland’s Best Golf Courses.
Caddy Hire
Although Caddies in Ireland are not directly employed by the Golf Course we will be happy to arrange a caddy service for you. The fee for a Caddy will be payable by you directly to the Caddy. As a guide, Senior Caddies in Ireland cost from €40 – €55 per round.
Caddies who are available are for the most time members of the relevant golf club and will be able to tell you about every aspect of the course from Tee to Green! They will also provide you with countless entertaining and light hearted stories which are guaranteed to give your group a good laugh during your Ireland Golf Vacation.
Golf Buggy Hire
If the thought of walking the 18 holes is too exhausting, just tell our team. We can arrange to have pre-reserved Golf Buggies waiting for you at each of the great golf courses that you play during your Irish Golf Tour. We can also arrange to have your buggy stocked with your preferred on-course refreshments and even a bottle of Cold Beer to enjoy for the 18th Fairway!
Your favourite Golf Ball
As you challenge some of the world’s best golf courses you need to use every advantage possible. Speak with our Team if there is a certain brand of golf ball which brings out the best in your golf game. The Fairways and FunDays team will arrange to have a box of these balls waiting for you when you arrive on your Ireland Golf Package. Now you have no excuses not to shoot some low scores!!
Private Tour Guide
Your Ireland Golf Vacation or Irish Holiday is about making the very most of every second in the Emerald Isle. There is no better way to maximise your groups enjoyment than hiring a Private Tour Guide to travel with your group during your Tour of Ireland. All Tour Guides are fully qualified and accredited to Failte Ireland (Ireland’s governing Tourism body). We can also arrange for qualified Tour Guides with fluent language skills in all major languages to accompany your group if required. Private Tour Guides will offer an in-depth insight into all the attractions and sights that you will visit during your incredible Ireland Vacation. Our Tour Guides will do this is a humorous and entertaining manner!
